Recycle What You Can – Feel Great as You Go!

The Tikkurila Opistotalo Recycling Market is back – find free supplies for crafts, gardening, language studies and more, or pass on your own treasures to someone who'll give them new life.

The much-requested Opistotalo Recycling Market is back after a one-year break. This event is a great chance to find inspiration and new learning materials in the spirit of sustainable development. The market features supplies related to crafts, home economics, gardening, visual arts, and languages. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with fellow course participants and catch up. Across the street at Taidekeskus (Library building), surplus art supplies and various small items will also be available for free!

Do you have extra yarn, materials for using your language skills (books, magazines, videos etc.), or perhaps seedling pots in need of a new home? Or maybe you’re on the hunt for that one sewing accessory? At the Recycling Market, you’ll discover treasures and exchange items – all free of charge.

If you would like to donate unused craft supplies, language materials, or gardening tools to the market, you can bring them to the Opistotalo caretaker between May 23 and May 30.
